Of course you should. Even if you do not have your Visa Screen certificate, they will just tell you to come in for a walk-in interview at the time you do have it. This way you do not have to make another appointment. Do not worry about having the Connecticut application forms. Even if you believe that you never had a birth certificate, you should follow the instructions to request a certified copy from the Tennessee Vital Records Office if you were born in Tennessee. If no record of your birth is located, the Vital Records Office will send you a letter certifying that no record is on file. Many agencies that ask you for a birth certificate will accept this certified letter from the State of Tennessee in place of a birth certificate.

If you have been cleared for graduation, you are eligible to receive your certificate or diploma after your actual graduation date. You must be cleared of any holds on your account (i.e. accounts payable, financial aid, library loans, or student loans). You can pick-up your certificate/diploma at the Enrollment Services Center or may request to have it mailed by completing the Certificate/Diploma Release form.
