Every folder you create, automatically contains 8 sub folders. Each sub folder relates to a particular state of the resume viz. Unprocessed, Pre-Screened, Shortlisted, Hired, Rejected, Unqualified, Future Reference, Non-Member. All resumes are automatically send to the Unprocessed folder, from where you could send them manually or as and when a process occurs the system will place them in the relevant folder.

There are two ways of doing this (there are more!), one using explorer and one from the command line. Using Explorer Under the General tab a size will be displayed and this is the total size of the folder and all sub-folders and their contents. It is possible to damage equipments when playing with PC vidoe hardware and workstation monitorts. If the monitor has standard video inputs, is workign properly, cable is properly constructed and everything is connected to properly grounded power outlet then the risk of damaging the graphics card is minimal. Unfortunately, the behaviour you are seeing is a limitation of the OLE interface that Outport uses. The only way around that, that I know of, is to copy the folders you are interested in to your Outlook Today folder.
