Check your order confirmation message to make sure you are trying with the correct code. It should have 17 symbols including two "-" and you have to type them all without mistakes. For example, quite common mistake is to type a letter "O" instead of correct cipher "0". You can avoid typing by using copy & paste.

You can use Copy & Paste operation. In all Windows Operating Systems it has the same usage. First mark up your Program Code with mouse, then press CTRL+C. Turn back to the Support page and write your "USER NAME", then click Code field and press CTRL+V. Now, you can press "SEND" button.

Downloading does not cost anything. You are only charged when you choose to pay. You do not need to enter your registration code when downloading. When you run the program, after downloading and installing, you may see a reminder to pay window. Click Enter Code at the bottom of that window, and you will be able to enter your name and registration code. If you do not see that reminder, the program was able to find that information on your computer.

When you run Gradekeeper, you will see a reminder to pay window. Click the Enter Code button. Enter the registration name and code. You must enter them exactly as they appear on the e-mail you received when you registered, including upper and lower case.

It depends on the product you are specifically talking about. For Dungeon Master related products, simply run the program with "/REGISTER" on the command-line. For BRE, FE, FH and TAL, run the program with "REGISTER" on the command-line. Global War and Global Backgammon both require you to place the registration name and number in the configuration files WAR.CFG and GAMMON.CFG.

All registration codes must be entered exactly as printed in your confirmation email. Additionally, these registration codes are case-sensitive. The easiet way to make sure that you are entering the correct registration code is to copy and paste it directly from your confirmation email.

It depends if a code exists or not. Only the System Administrator can change a code but if there is no code, after a warning message, a registration screen will be displayed when you start the program. If you upgrade the number of permitted users, you will be given a new registration code. The registration code needs to be input by the System Administrator. The System Administrator is the only person who has access to the "Administration" section of the program.

If you have tried to register on to the site and you have been unable to register than there are the following possibilities: You name is not in the students database of ISTD as entered by ISTD officials. In such case please contact ISTD and request them to enter one's information on the net to allow you to register on the site. In case you are an old student (registered before 2001) then please request Istd for submitting the details in the database of istddiploma.

You will need to enter your registration access code prior to registering for classes. You will only need to enter your access code once a term.

Bring the preview screen up on your monitor and choose the About menu tab. You will see the form field to insert your registration code. Insert the registration code provided and press the "Register" button. The trial version banner will now be removed from your software.

A program/registration code is the code you receive from us that once properly entered turns off all program limitations and enables the program to function as a full feature software program. After receiving the code, please go to the Trial copy screen in the program and enter the Registration/Program Code and press Enter or Click OK. Data should appear indicating a correct code has been entered, the program is now a full version unlocked program.

There are two ways to obtain a Program/Registration Code. First, is to use our Online Option that is part of the trial screen or fill out the Registration form that is accessible in the trial copy information screen that appears when you first start one of our programs.
