Yes, Login to your account and go to member services. Select change password from the menu. You will then be able to change your password and prompt question.

For security and policy reason, our system will provide you an option to change your password every 90 days. You will be prompted to change your password only after you have login successfully. Kindly take note of your date and time of last password change and the newly change password.

You may change your password from the Preferences. In the Preference tree, Change Password is under Server Preferences.

SecuRemote will prompt for a userid and password when the software is first launched for the day. It will prompt every time the user is going to a new resource behind a different firewall or VPN. For example, you will be prompted when the workstation is first turned on in the morning. This is to download the latest topology. If the user then goes to the HR system, they will be prompted for just their password.

To update your password, log in to your member account by typing in your email and password. Once there click on the “change password” link and type in a new password and click the “submit” button to save your new password. You can now access the site with your new password. To reset your password, click on the “Forgot Password” button under the customer login section. On the next page enter your email address and click the “Send email” button.

This is an additional security measure used to confirm that you are the authorized user if you have forgotten your password and need to reset it. You can use any personal question and answer, for example, "What is your month of birth?". When you want to reset your password, the system will prompt you with the password question. When you reply with the exact same text as what you entered in the password answer field, a new password will be generated and sent to your email address.

You can use the SET PROMPT command for this purpose. SET PROMPT sets the DCL prompt to the specified string. When you want to display variable information, you will need to establish a tie-in that provides the information to the SET PROMPT command as required. If you wish to display the default directory for instance, you will have to establish a tie between the SET DEFAULT command and the SET PROMPT commands, as there is no direct way to get the default directory as the DCL prompt.
