You can't. WinCue currently has no support for .cue files. If you wish to use .cue files with Winamp, try the mp3Cue plug-in instead. I don't know if it's any good, but it's supposed to read .cue files. Create a playlist in Winamp and import it into WinCue by selecting "Steal Playlist" from the "List" menu.
