Yes, we have association fees. They are payable on a quarterly basis, but are preferred yearly in order to allow the board to handle emergencies, such as a broken water pump. The rates are $360.00/year or $90.00/quarter. Invoices are mailed 20-30 days prior to the due date. Failure to send in your quarterly payment will result in a late fee being assessed.
