There are three nerves that lie close to the submandibular gland that can be damaged during its removal. Most nerve damage occurs as a result of bruising of the nerves since they are held out of the way and protected during surgery. If nerve damage occurs it is usually temporary.

Nerve interference shows up in the form of headaches, radiating pain, numbness, weakness in your arms or legs, and on and on. In light of the fact that every muscle, organ and sensory is controlled by the nervous system it open a lot of possibilities up for some adverse effects if the nervous system is irritated in some way.

Not usually. Most teeth that need a root canal have a living nerve that is inflamed and causing pain from cold and/or heat. Other teeth have a nerve that has gone through and past the inflamed stage and has died and decomposed. The percentage of teeth with a dead nerve is actually in the minority. A nerve MUST die before it can become abscessed (infected) because the bacteria need a food source on which to thrive. A living nerve does not provide a food source like a decomposed one.

Nerve damage in facial surgery is a fairly general question. Certain procedures have more nerve damage than others. If we limit our discussion to facial implants then we can talk about damage to the nerve that supplies sensation to the middle of the face, which is associated with cheek implants, and the nerve that supplies sensation to the lower lip, which is associated with chin implants. Fortunately this is fairly unusual.

Dry AMD affects about 90 percent of those with the disease. Its cause is unknown. Slowly, the light sensitive cells in the macula break down. With less of the macula working, you may start to lose central vision in the affected eye as the years go by. Dry AMD often occurs in just one eye at first. You may get the disease later in the other eye. Doctors have no way of knowing if or when both eyes may be affected.

The neurovascular bundles or nerve bundles, one on the left side of the prostate and one on the right side carry nerves and blood to assist in achieving an erection. If surgery is chosen as the treatment of the cancer, these bundles may or may not be spared.

By far the best anatomical images I could find are the Female Pudendal Nerve or Male Pudendal Nerve. Study these images. Note the way the nerve branches out and covers a wide area. Is your pain located anywhere on the nerves shown? If so, and it gets worse with normal sitting and better sitting on a toilet seat, and there is no apparent reason for the pain, I'll stick my layman's neck out and venture that you probably have PNE. Note how prominently the nerves stand out on the Ischial Spine.

Nerve bar increases with crime exp. The more crime exp you get which is hidden, the closer you get to next nerve bar. You may also increase your nerve bar by merits. But be careful the more crime exp you loss, the furthur you get away from gaining a nerve bar.
