If you are a current FaithFullAccess or Club SuperSoul member, whose account is about to expire, you have the following options to renew your account. In order to participate in 2007 pre-sales, you must purchase a FaithFullAccess or Club SuperSoul membership (new or renewal) after January 1, 2007. New pre-sale codes will be issued for members who join after January 1, 2007 and codes issued prior to that date will no longer be valid for use during pre-sales.

You must renew your passport before reentering the United States. In most cases, to enter the United States, you must have a passport that is valid for at least six months after the date you enter or reenter. However, some countries have an agreement with the United States that allows you to enter on a current passport up to the actual date of expiration. Try to keep your passport current at all times.

If you pet has expired, you have a minimum of 30 days to renew your account. All of your KinzCash, items, rooms and pets will be waiting for you to play with again.

Email accounts are kept active while you are currently registered for a class. If you withdraw from all your classes, you email access will be terminated. Between semester breaks, your account will be kept active, but it will be terminated at the end of registration of the next semester if you are no longer enrolled. Return to Top of Page

Your account will not expire as long as you use our service at least once every six months. VIP reserves the right to terminate any account left unused for a period of 182 days.

If your visitor's visa is expired or is about to expire, you do not need to get a new visa unless you plan to leave Canada and come back again. Your visitor's visa has nothing to do with your ability to study in Canada - it simply gives you permission to cross our border.

All upgrades need to be validated by the Administrator, then you must click "Upgrade" within your account for the new upgrade features to be available to you. If you paid for your updgrade by certified cheque or money order the Administrator needs to receive and deposit your payment prior to validation. If you use PayPal your validation will be much quicker.

We advise you to keep your account active because if your account expires you will not be able to reactivate the same and any balance will be foregone.

In order to retain all points you have earned on an eligible rate but which you have not yet spent, you must stay at a Best Western hotel no more than 12 months after your previous stay. Failure to do so will result in all points you have earned (on an eligible rate) and not redeemed being cancelled by us.

Your email account expires when you are no longer registered in the University as a staff or student. There is usually a grace period of 31 days after your staff/student status expires and before your account is disabled. During the grace period, make sure you save all the wanted mail/files elsewhere. For graduating students who graduate in June or July, their computer accounts are extended to August 31.

Your demo account will remain open indefinetely, unless there is no trading activity for a period of 90 days. In that case your demo account will be automatically deleted by our server.
