Theoretically we have an infinite number of part numbers because we can make belts of any length. To date we have over 10,000 part numbers. That's why it is not practical to show them. Just tell us the description and we'll tell you the part number. Actually all are part numbers are "smart", meaning they describe the belt. The first two digits are the thickness in inches without the decimal point. The next letter is a code for the durometer (a = 83A, 85A or 88A, r = 90A, 92A or 95A).

Yes, I offer prices for even single and small orders. I can use any image you want, ie. your bands logo, etc. The turnaround on single orders varies because i make them along with another order, because i do the belts in batches.

If you can't get a replacement belt from your dealer, you can usually get it from an industrial supplier. General suppliers like McMaster-Carr carry many sizes, as do many local suppliers (look under "power transmission"). Belts are sized by the rib size (denoted by a letter, with "J" being the most common, the belt length (it could be marked in inches or millimeters), and the width (number of ribs).

All students (colored belts) are required to have a minimum 1 ? 3 months and 16 classes between tests. Black Belt testing begins when a student achieves the rank of Black Brown Belt (Dan Bo Nim or Black Belt Candidate). The wooden belt is constructed with a wooden belt buckle, a brass clasp and several pieces of wooden slats that are connected with monofilament. For example a 42" (107 cm) belt is constructed with 133 wooden slats. These wooden slats are approximately 1/4" (.63 cm). Rubber Belt hardness varies more or less than 10% of its original reading (15% maximum). (If forgotten or unknown, this original reading can be approximated by checking the hardness of the Belt on its edge.) The surface of the Belt becomes shiny or glazed. In this condition, the belt loses both its grip on the cloth and its ability to effectively carry water. Surface cracks or other blemishes exist on the surface of the Belt. These will worsen if not ground out.

Fine tuning the correct amount of tension on a Rubber Belt is largely a function of experience. Several variables, including the current thickness of the belt, the style of fabric being processed, etc., need to be taken into account for an accurate determination. In general, however, the proper tension on a 67 mm (2 5/8") thick Rubber Belt can be approximated as follows: With the rubber blanket tension set at the minimum position, draw two (2) lines*, 30.

The answer to this question obviously depends on the severity and type of problem and, sometimes, what odds one is willing to take. There is a great deal of difference. If you look carefully at the belt, you will see it is extra wide, from 2.25" to 3" wide custom. It is extra thick as well, made of very strong lattigo leather for sturdiness (two thicknesses), and nicely stitched four times. It has a roller buckle and five or six grommets and is larger in diameter than usual grommets in order for you to buckle it on more easily.
