p0 is the entire disk, including the boot sectors and all the partitions. The p1-p4 are the four possible fdisk partitions. Internally these are the 16th-20th positions in the slice table for the disk.This allows you to do a newfs on p0 and use the entire disk as a file system. Mounting" a drive means that the UX's internal memory or a MemoryStick inside the UX shows up on the PC as an external drive, allowing the user to move files directly to the internal memory or MemoryStick. To mount the UX as a drive on a PC, simply connect the UX to the PC with the USB cable. On the UX, launch the program called "Data Import."
