Can I use the program disks on more than one machine?

FAQ
Not legally. Again, the license is good only on a single machine, even if there is no way anyone might use the product on another machine. Hopefully All Topo Maps are reasonably priced and you will purchase a copy for every machine that they are run on. I originally installed a BETA, or Not For Resale version of All Topo Maps (or I installed a friends copy on my machine, but have since purchased my own copy of All Topo Maps). I want to change the old Serial Number to my new Serial Number.

What size disks or pad should I use?

Sanding disks
If you can only afford one, definitely go with the 2". I would say that most of my bowl, hollow form and faceplate work under 10" is done with a 2" pad. The pads are less expensive and so are the disks. 3" is great for the outsides of bowls and convex shapes and the inside of larger bowls or more gradual curves. Too tight of a curve and the 3" pad will only hit the edges of the disk and not the center. For large work and especially large platters, 3" is good.

Which settings should I use to copy original disks?

mnib FAQ
For the first attempt to read in an original disk, always use the default settings, without specifying any options on the command line. Specifying any options will rather harm then help with these disks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely not. Esporta is nothing more than a big washing machine and dryer. We looked at the Esporta for our shop but were not convinced it was good for the equipment due to the water and heat it uses. Besides, using Esporta is just not conveinent. You have to make two trips to get it done, and you can be without your equipment for days. Also, Esporta is very expensive too. A local rink charges $69.00 for a full set of hockey equipment.
