Deactivating/deleting the users permanently and temporarily are two different things , which can be achieved only if the terminal is in NL mode. In SO mode the feature of temporary deletion is not possible. Deleting users from terminal database is called as temporary deletion .Deleting users from server database is called as permanent deletion.
