Yes, with the exception of the lamé (which is included in some of the patterns) and UltraSuede™. We don't use poly-cotton fabrics, they just don't have the same "hand" as 100% cotton.

Yes, only 100% cotton is used. A higher thread count than most commercial fabrics is used for much of the painted fabrics, as this produces a smoother surface to paint on.

There are several reasons for this, but the main reason is the choice of the base fabric, or greige goods (pronounced "gray goods") that are chosen. Most fabrics are printed on bleached muslin, but this muslin can come in many different qualities, many different weaves (number of threads per inch in each direction) and even the weight of the threads can be different.

We test all our fabrics for durability. All of our fabrics are repeatedly test-washed to see how they hold up under the stress of regular cleanings. Our fabrics don't fade or wear after repeated washings. So you can machine wash our suits (cold)! (We don't recommend using the dryer, however: let the suits hang dry, which won't take long.) We use extra-long Vision zippers, which are rugged and durable, and long enough to make the suits easy to put on and take off.

Since all shoes are made differently, we could not count on the materials inside the shoes to prevent moisture from returning back to the skin. Moisture has no adhesion to our Drymax fibers, so it moves through the inner Drymax layer until it finds something (in this case, the outer cotton layer) to absorb it.
