It means that the invoices are currently being processed by the ministry/department but payment has yet to be effected. This includes situations whereby the payment voucher is created but has not been approved or the payment voucher is scheduled for payment on a later date.

To view the status of your Payment Voucher first run a query to find the Payment Voucher. Verify the status of your voucher by looking at the Status field found at the bottom middle of the Payment Voucher header screen. If the status says "Needs Re-Validation" this means that Accounts Payable must review the voucher and give their approval. Accounts Payable reviews your Payment Voucher because you are submitting a voucher for a restricted item (based on the expenditure type).

After you register, your account status will remain "pending" until your email address is verified. Your email address is verified and your account validated once you click on the link in the email you receive from us. (This email will come from cklg@m2omedia.com.) Patent pending" means that the person who has placed the "patent pending" marking upon the product has filed a patent application with the U. S. Patent & Trademark Office which they believe, when issued, will cover some aspect of the product upon which they have placed the marking. A person who marks a product with "patent pending" has no legal right to exclude others from making the same product.

The right to use the words"Patent Pending" and the like is the exclusive right granted only to persons who currently have a patent application pending before the Patent Office. This can be an extremely valuable tool to use in a competitve enviroment. It puts potential competitors on notice that they enter your market at their own risk.

X Steps to Go: This means you still have X things to do: your album is in process. It will stay in process until you've entered all the required information, artwork, track information and you've fully uploaded every song. Unconfirmed means you have not confirmed your Email address. Please click on the confirmation Email that was sent to you when you registered on Latin Love Search or changed your Email address. Once you confirm your Email address, your profile will be automatically converted to Approval mode for human-review by our team. If you haven't confirmed your Email, you can request another Confirmation Email by contacting us to request another confirmation or to confirm your profile.

Your profile is waiting to be human-reviewed. You may read your messages, search, etc. However your profile is not "visible" to other users until it is approved and made Active by a profile moderator.

Active profiles are members whose profiles can be viewed by all members on Latin Love Search and show up in the search results.

Suspended is the status when a member chooses not to have their profile displayed publicly on Latin Love Search. Usually a member will "Suspend" their profile when they have met someone they are interested in or they will not be online for a while.

Rejected is when a member has uploaded obscene or pornographic photos or has tried to "sneak" contact information or website links into their profile. Rejection is a temporary freeze on the account made by the admin of Latin Love Search until the profile content conforms to our standards. If your profile has been "rejected," change the content and resubmit for admin approval.
