The standard size is D28 - these are 28mm wide 'D' shaped segments that are positioned 3mm below the centre of the lens vertically and they are centred on your pupillary distance horizontally. Should you require them to be positioned further up then please state this on your order. D35 bifocal lenses (slightly wider) and Executive bifocals (these stretch across the full width of the lens) can also be ordered.
