Unless you have a very kind GM, yes. The Song of Sleep is probably gentle enough to avoid dissonance if the human is not harmed by sudden somnolence, though.

No, the sea lion would feel the dart, probably jump into the water, and then drown as the tranquilizer's effects take hold. Also, to properly anesthetize a sea lion, an injection of atropine must be administered 10-15 minutes before the anesthesia. Atropine helps maintain (increase) the heart rate and it dries up some of the fluid in the lungs. Without this preparatory injection, sea lions could drown in their own body fluids or die of other complications.

If the human is damaged by something the Mercurian does, yes. Getting out of the way of an attack is not dissonant, even if the human punches the brick wall behind the angel, so long as the Mercurian didn't guide the human's fist there. Yes, technically a Mercurian could insult and bait humans into attacking and bulling into walls or other hazards. While this is not quite dissonant, Judgment will want to have words with any Friend of Man who has this as a hobby.

If the being has no Role - and really, Roles are only effective on the corporeal plane anyway - then they get data as pertaining to the being itself. This won't give names and other dead give-aways of non-human status - but "feared Boss" or "beloved Boss" are pretty likely to be a Superior of some sort, and "grew up in the red light district of a horrible city" tends to translate to "Shal-Mari" if the Mercurian knows anything about Hell.

Not if they're human undead. Mercurians cannot attack humans in any form: alive, undead, ghosts, dreamshades, blessed or damned souls, or Saints. However, Mercurians can attack demons, animals (although they risk Jordi's wrath), plants (although they risk Novalis's wrath), inanimate objects, and ethereals. a side note, whether or not a Mercurian can attack an angel - including himself - is not defined yet in canon; this decision is currently up to the GM.

DART systems consist of an anchored seafloor bottom pressure recorder and a companion moored surface buoy for real-time communications (Gonzalez et.al, 1998). An acoustic link transmits data from the recorder on the seafloor to the surface buoy. This is undoubtedly the most common question I get from people about these frogs, which is not surprising, considering that the frogs poisons are part of their mystique. Dart frogs are of course famous for their poisons, but it turns out that in captivity they lose these poisons. This is due to the fact that dart frogs require certain chemicals in their diet, called precursors, which are used by the frog to create the toxins they normally secrete.

Dart frogs eat small insects. Dart frogs will not eat anything that does not move, so live food is a requirement. A variety of insects are used to feed dart frogs in captivity, the most common being crickets and flightless fruit flies. Other foods are termites, (you can collect these your self if you are so inclined) confused flour beetles, ants, and just about any other insect small enough for a dart frog to eat.

There are two different questions here, but they are closely related. First you have the person who would like to get some dart frogs, and has their eye on a particular species. They want to put four to six of them together in a tank, and enjoy. There are also many frog hobbyists who are most interested in keeping a variety of frogs in a tank, rather than focusing on keeping, and possibly breeding one species. Both situations are possible, but while this can be done, it should be done with care.
