MSMS requires one score from the ACT standardized test for admission. Although an earlier score would satisfy this requirement, it would probably be to your advantage to retake the ACT now to see if your score improves. Players compete in their same grade level THROUGH THE SUMMER - their grade level goes up starting September 1. So, if I am in 8th grade right now, I will compete as an 8th grader until the September tournament, when I will then compete as a 9th grader.

The prompts are similar, but the expectations for student responses differ. Ninth grade responses will demonstrate a more advanced understanding of expository writing. The answer to both of these questions is no. The only time that students may join our program is once yearly, in June. We expect our students to complete all components of the program unless they are accepted to medical school and have a matriculation date that falls during the program.

As an adult volunteer, you cannot earn any of the awards, badges, or charms available to girls. You can, however, support girls and teens in their activities.

It depends on the religion. Some religions have created programs that are used by both boys and girls. Other religions have created separate programs for members of each separate youth agency (BSA, CF, GSUSA, AHG).

We allow girls to play in our program and give them every opportunity to make one of our teams based strictly on their ability. We have had female players play in our association up to the age of 15. However, our experience has taught us that girls should be discouraged from playing in our boys program beyond the age of 12, regardless of their ability. We do not have a formal policy on this.

In my mind, essay grades start at 50 for a turned-in on-time assignment and earn points as I read. For course investment, however, everyone starts at 100 and loses points (down to zero, if necessary) for missed classes and inadequate participation, or other elements of course investment.
