When we get infected with any cold virus, it takes a while for the virus to replicate enough to cause symptoms. This period of being infected before symptoms show up is called the incubation period. The incubation time for chicken pox prior to the onset of the cold symptoms can be up to 24 days.

The majority of gouldian hens get to their incubating temperature after laying their fifth egg. This causes all the eggs to hatch on the same day. Experienced breeders know that a young born as much as two days later than the rest of the young in a nest of three or more young has a chance of surviving only with the unusual hen. With the average hen, its chances are poor.

The incubation space is meant for product / service development. Those business proposals that genuinely need space for development will be given priority. There will be a common facility that can be used by all the funded teams for presentations to potential customers and investors.

For the red "bull's-eye" rash (erythema migrans), usually 7 to 14 days following tick exposure. Some patients present with later manifestations without having had early signs of disease. Most people feel weak or tired about 10 days to two weeks after being bitten.

If you have an incubator, store the dipslides at approximately 30?C. If an incubator is not available, incubate the dipslides at room temperature (22-24?C or 72-75?F) by storing them in a warm location. If you are incubating the dipslides at room temperature, an extended incubation time is recommended (see the following FAQ). If you are incubating the dipslides at room temperature, we recommend an incubation period of 36 hours.

This varies per Genus of mushroom, but generally speaking, incubation and fruiting temps should be anywhere from 70?-80?. Different exotic strains such as Ps. Cubensis, Pan cyan and edibles require different temps.

The book, "Laboratory Testing for BOD and CBOD", by Brake and Raynovic, is the only reference (until recently) that discusses an absolute definition (± 2 hours). Both EPA and older editions of Standard Methods are silent on the issue. The 21st Ed. of Standard Methods says + 6 hours. We believe that you should strive to stay as close to the actual 5 day incubation period as you can, but certainly stay within 5 days ± 4-6 hours.
