Everything! Gasoline, hotels, groceries, camping supplies, beer store, a Laundromat. There's a K-Mart and a gas station across the road from the entrance to Spring Valley Campground. The town even has a small airport. We're negotiating to have firewood, hay bales, and hopefully ice delivered directly to camps (probably for a small fee).
