All colors will be matched as closely as possible. Due to the number of possible PMS colors available, a perfect match cannot be achieved in all circumstances. We will be happy to work with you to match whatever color you require.

We do not offer exact matches of PMS colors. However, we can get very close and never have had a complaint when a match was attempted.

Used for printing spot colors. Each PANTONE color has a specified CMYK equivalent. To select a PANTONE color, first determine the ink color you want, using either the PANTONE Color Formula Guide or an ink chart.

The Pantone Matching System (PMS) is the standard used for identifying spot colors precisely. It is indexed with each variation of a color having a unique number so that it is possible for printers to match a color exactly by using the same PMS color number.

PMS ink colors are achieved by mixing designated inks together [similar to paint]. Your proof is printed with a different process using a digital color machine. These proofs are designed to be checked for spelling, information correctness, size, and placement, not exact color matching. Color matching can only be done with a PMS swatch book. There is no minimum order to take advantage of our free pick-up and delivery service.

Hot stamp imprinting is a different process than printing and we can not match colors exactly, but will come as close as possible. Our foil colors are listed on the Imprinting page, along with PMS numbers they are closest to. If there is a concern regarding two or three different colors, we can forward sample swatches for your client to choose from.

On custom hang tags we can provide any color under the Pantone Matching System as well as in full color. Unfortunately we cannot provide PMS colors on fabric labels. Yes. However, it is difficult to guarantee a 100% exact colour match, as printing on promotional products (golf shirts, pens, T-shirts, coffee mugs) is not the same as printing on paper. In certain instances, there is a PMS surcharge if we have to mix the exact pantone colour for your order.

We generally print 4 colour process on all our jobs and in most cases we can match the print to a specific Pantone colour. If this is not attainable, we would use a special colour to make sure that the reproduction is as accurate as possible.
