In most instances, a personal address book appears to be lost, but it has only been accidentally closed or deleted. Closed books can be re-opened, deleted books cannot be retrieved. It is also possible that there are too many address books crowding the file tab line. Look for a double arrow to the right of the tab line. There is an address book in PrairieWave webmail. Click on the "Address" button at the top. Fill in Nickname, Full Name (with the person's actual name), and enter their e-mail address in E-mail Address. You can also enter the person's phone numbers, fax numbers and street address.
