The industry standard for determing point weight, whether broadhead or fieldpoint, is a term called FOC (Forward of Center). The normal accepted ranges of FOC are between 7% and 10% FOC on any given arrow. The method to determine this is as follows. Take your total arrow length, including nock and point. Let's say in this example the arrow length is 30". You then divide the number by 2, which would equal 15", and mark that spot on your arrow.

Malted grain like crushed crystal or roasted malt must be steeped before the boil when using malt extract, as the husks in grain, if left in the boil, will impart harsh tannin flavors. The best way to do this is to put the crystal (caramel) or roasted crushed malt in a muslin bag, tie off the end, and put it into your boiling pot as you are heating up the water for the boil. Leather is made from animal skins or hides. The top layer of the hide is the toughest and most durable, but also has small imperfections caused by the animal getting scratched by barbed wire or from insect bites which have healed but remain slightly visible. The principle is rather simple. You need to use the CPU_CYCLES event and set the value such that it will overflow after n cycles, i.e, 264- n. You also need to use the PFM_REGFL_OVFL_NOTIFY on the PMC holding the event. Then you must indicate that you want to be notified on overflow in the ctx_notify_pid field during context creation. The approved listing of indirect cost rates indicates in what fiscal year the rates are to be used. Data submitted for a particular fiscal year produce indirect cost rates that are used in the second subsequent fiscal year (e.g., 2006-07 data produce indirect cost rates that are used in 2008-09).
