If the bra seems to fit in the cup, but the band is too tight, you'll need too move up in the band size, but you'll move down a cup size. For example, if you make a 36D bra and the cups are fine, but the band is too tight, you'll make a 38C. The cup sizes change with the band sizes, so a C cup on a 34 is not the same as a C cup on a 36 or a 38. If the cups are OK, but the band is too loose, the opposite is true, you move down a band size, but up a cup size.

Yes, broken glass exists, but it is not "all over the place" even on city streets. Unless it's a recent breakage, it gets kicked or swept into cracks, against walls, or right against curbs and isn't strewn about. For the little glass that does remain, again, just watch where you're going! But, for the seasoned barefooter with tough, thick soles, most broken glass is not a problem even if you step directly on it. The following paragraph was contributed by Neil Kelley.

Since a majority of our performances are private functions, your best bet is to call us about our upcoming schedule. Usually it is OK to come out to a wedding and listen to/view the band. You must be appropriately attired in dress clothes. Each function and facility has its own guidelines for viewers, including some that do not allow any viewers. Please also refer to our band rehearsals.

Names can be tricky. Different countries have different rules and laws about names, and those rules apply differently. Sometimes a person has registered their name with a government office. Sometimes a person has retained legal counsel and vigorously defends the use of their name and their identity. Many others "just got there first." TuneCore is not part of these issues.

The Band is tightened by accessing the port with a needle. This is most commonly done in the office. Some surgeons do it at the hospital under x-ray guidance, but this is generally not necessary, and makes the procedure much more expensive. For patients with very thick abdominal walls, it may be more difficult to find the port. In our office we have an ultrasound machine which makes it possible to access most ports without need for x-ray.

This is when the Band actually erodes into the stomach. It is a more serious problem, and generally requires removal of the Band. Band erosion is thought to be related to placing too many sutures (or too tight sutures) at the time of Band implantation. Surprisingly, Band erosion is often unnoticed. Occasionally the port will become infected if bacteria track along the catheter out to the port. Other times patients will stop losing weight. Diagnosis often requires an endoscopy.

Although the LAP BAND® System is not meant to be removed, it can be. In some cases this can be done laparoscopically. Surgeons report that the stomach generally returns to its original shape once the band is removed. After the removal, though, you may soon go back up to your original weight. You may also gain more.
