If you want to do this, all you have to do is create a file called .signature in your home directory, edit that file, and save it. That file will get added to the end of every message you send using pine, if you don't delete it. Then put the text you want into that file, and quit the editor by hitting the Control key and X. Then say you want to save the file, and hit return to accept the default name. If you want to change it later, you can do that with the same command!
