Bestsellers and other popular titles can be put on reserve, or on hold, for any patron with a library card. To order a title you have found in the Library Catalog, contact the librarian at the location in which you would prefer to pick up the material. If you cannot locate the title in the Library Catalog, you may order the book through our Interlibrary Loan service. This service is provided free of charge to all patrons with library cards.

If the property is located in an area which the temperature drops below freezing, then the property is to be winterized. In these areas, all properties must be winterized between October 15th and March 1st, or longer as the locale requires. Winterization is not to exceed $100.00 in most states, please contact your assigned Asset Manager for authorization above this amount.

There are no new changes (added or deleted owners, name alterations, or the like) that need to be amended on the title. You'll receive your new title within seven days.Order by mail: Submit a completed Application for Duplicate Title along with a $20 fee to: Albany, NY 12228Processing is slow through the mail.
