Free accounts have a size limit of 2 MB or 2048 kb per image.. Premium accounts have a size limit of up to 7 MB or 7168 kb per image.

You can upload any .jpg image not larger than 1MB, however any image with a height or width greater than 1024 will be reduced such that its longest side is 1024. For this reason its very advisable for you to reduce your images to 1024 prior to uploading them as this will save you a LOT of time uploading.

We recommend that you do not try to upload images larger than 1 MB. Although your images will be automatically resized (640 x 480), they may look clearer and/or upload faster if you resize them yourself.

Banner images should not exceed 200px x 75px in width and height respectively. Images exceeding this size will be cropped or excluded. Yes. We are legally responsible for your images as they are hosted on our servers. All images must be legal and you must have the legal right to use them on our servers. Any abuse of the ProMediaserve software or any illegal images will be reported and deleted from our servers.

You will be prompted to browse your computer and select a image. An image normally ends in .jpg, .gif or .png. After you choose your image click the "Upload New Image" button. You will be asked to select available pixels from the grid. Each pixel block must be selected separately, so just click one and the page will quickly reload. That selection will be colored green. Continue until you have selected your desired size. Then you will be asked to confirm the order. This gives you a chance to review and modify the size and location of your purchase.

Each graphic can be no larger than 200K. Any file uploaded that is larger than 200K will automatically be removed.

Yes, there is a restriction. The usual maximal size for many mailservers is 3Mb. We do not reccomend to send emails bigger than 100Kb. The reasoning for this recommendation is still available in german only, see the german site. If you want to send a bigger file see the FTP-section.

Inconvenient for whom? Big messages clog up storage space, and even with the present limits, we regularly lose contact with subscribers temporarily because their mailboxes fill up. (When that happens, the administrator's mailbox starts to fill up with bounce reports, and it's Hello, gridlock!) Big messages also chew up more bandwidth to download. File transfer is usually quicker, because most attachments are base64 encoded – more than a third bigger than the file itself.

Actually there is no restriction on file size to put in our server. But please be aware of speed to load the page attached with a big size of file.
