Nausea which is not a problem if initially the tablet is taken with food. Education, support and a very slow introduction usually work. Once somebody sees a positive and knows they are fully supported then we are on the winning way. The most common side effect is a warm sensation during the injection and a "metallic" taste in the mouth. These are only passing sensations and usually last less than a minute or so.
