Customers are often not at home when their delivery arrives. This is not a problem. Ideally you should leave an address where the parcel can be signed for. But if you don't think you'll be in, don't forget to fill in the special delivery instruction box so the courier can leave it in your porch, by the back door etc. For smaller packages, some people just have it delivered to their work address, a friend or neighbour or even a local shop.

For security reasons (and insurance coverage), we ship all parcels via Signature Required Track and Trace Packs only, so CourierPost will not leave the parcel. However, they will leave a card to call if you are not in when your parcel arrives.

If you are not in when our courier company tries to deliver a parcel to you, they will take it back to their local depot, and leave a card through your door saying that they called, and ask you to contact them for redelivery, rejection or collection.

Take the plants out of the parcel straight away and take off the moss wrapped around the roots. Drop them in water for a few minutes and then plant or pot up, watering again if the weather is dry. If hot, keep cool and moist and plant or pot in the evening; if very cold and frosty provide protection until the weather improves.

No panic! The nice UPS or DHL driver will come 3 days in row again and try to handover your parcel or at least they will leave you a note where to pick it up.

Answer: We will have it delivered by truck and our professional service and installation team will assemble it, block it, anchor it, and set it up on the lot. If it is a multi-section home, the sections will be joined at the site.

Not necessarily. Items shipped UPS, FedEx and USPS will usually be left at your door unless you request otherwise. Large items such as treadmills and home gyms, shipped via motor freight will require someone to be present to receive and unload the delivery. The carrier will call you ahead of time to make an appointment for delivery.

If you've opted for a Signed For service then a signature will be required when it arrives. If the Royal Mail fail to deliver first time, they should leave a card offering you the option of delivery at a later date, or collection within a week from your local sorting office. If you haven't been able to collect it, it will be returned to Punk Rock Baby and we'll contact you to rearrange delivery.

If our courier delivers your parcel and you’re not at home a delivery card will be left in your mailbox. Please contact the number on the card to organise redelivery. A 'signature on delivery' is required so please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the delivery at the specfied shipping address. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your work address if possible.

If your not at home when the courier tries to delliver your parcel you can arrange the following solutions: have it delivered on another day or collect it from your local post office or ask for the parcel to be left with a neigbour or collect the parcel from your local depot.

No. Large items such as treadmills, home gyms and weights etc. that arrive via motor freight are curbside delivery only. The driver is responsible only for helping to get the equipment off of the truck. It's the customer's responsibility to transport the merchandise from the curb into the house.

The Safe Place volunteer will talk with you and help you figure out what you should do. The volunteer will be happy to take you to a youth shelter or counseling agency if you would like assistance from a certified counselor.

The first day you enter treatment, we begin planning your return home. Your life at home, outside of treatment remains the center point of all that we do. Every individual and group session is designed to provide you with skills and knowledge that are directly applicable to your life outside of treatment. We assist you with the development of formal and informal support systems to aid in maintaining your sobriety. We remain available to you for support and after care for as long as you need us.

A signature is required for most deliveries. We will make three separate attempts to deliver your order. After the third unsuccessful attempt, your order will be returned to the sadoun warehouse. Refused or undelivered orders will incur double shipping/handling fee.

You will be sent home on prescribed medications to prevent blood clots. Your doctor will determine whether you will take a pill (Warfarin or coated aspirin) or give yourself an injection. If an injection is necessary, your doctor will discuss it with you, and the nursing staff will teach you or a family member what is necessary to receive this medication. You will be sent home on prescribed medications to control pain. Plan to take your pain medication 30 minutes before exercises.

If there is no one home when Australia Post or our courier calls a card will be left in the mail box. Australia Post will advise you of the nearest Post Office where your order may be collected from or our courier will leave a contact number on a card to ring and arrange a new delivery time. One way to avoid this inconvenience is to have your shipment delivered to your place of work or to a neighbours address who can accept your shipment on your behalf.

Most people in this situation have their orders shipped to a work address, you can add different delivery addresses in your account.

You can leave a request for your goods to be left if there is no one home however as we would not be able to obtain a signature as proof of delivery these orders are left at your own risk.

The courier services will attempt delivery 2 times. In case the delivery is not executed during these attempts due to the recipient being unavailable / premises being locked the parcel is returned to our office as undelivered. Please note that the delivery of items will not be attempted on Sunday or any public holidays due to unavailability of the courier service.
