This is a fairly common problem with the application upgrade process on Smartphones, for other applications as well as Facade. For best results, try rebooting the phone prior to any install or uninstall operations. Try installing and/or uninstalling more than once (it sounds odd but it generally works). The best things about irfanview are that it is cheap and that it is fast. It's not a great image editing program. I have it set to be my default jpeg application because it starts up very quickly and lets me move through a directory very quickly. When in full screen mode, you can hit the space bar to move forward. You can also use the left and right mouse buttons to move back and forwards (or page-up and page-down).
