The nearest commercial airport with scheduled service is Reno International, 127 miles away. Many participants also fly from the Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose are about 350 miles from the event). Keep in mind that you will be flying on Labor Day weekend, and flights fill up quickly and are often expensive. General aviation aircraft may land on the playa at the temporary Black Rock Airport which is adjacent to the event.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest airport to the world-famous Central Florida attractions (20 miles), the Orange County Convention Center (13 miles), International Drive (13 miles), downtown Orlando (12 miles), and so much more... Orlando Executive Airport (ORL) is located near downtown Orlando, but is a general aviation airport and is not served by commercial airlines.

BDL - Bradley International Airport in Hartford County (Windsor Locks, CT) is the closest and most convenient but some people like to fly into New York either JFK or LaGuardia depending if flights are more or less expensive.

For direct flights from the U.S., the Rome or Milan airport is closest to all of our properties. The Milan airports are slightly closer for the Lucca properties. There are flights from various European cities to Florence, Pisa or Bologna for the Tuscany properties. However, connecting in Rome or Milan to one of these smaller airports is more costly.
