We do not prep your wheels before they enter the car wash. We have state of the art foaming wheel sprayers. The foaming wheel applicator is a highly concentrated cleaner and de-greaser. This foaming applicator covers 100% of your wheel and tire, ensuring a clean and bright result.

You can wash your vehicle as often as you wish. Keep in mind that using soap or car wash detergent can, over time, cause a build up on the paint surface that causes it to appear dull. This build up will need to be removed through a comprehensive process included in a deluxe detail that should be scheduled twice a year. We recommend that you only use proper car wash soap that is well diluted in cool or lukewarm water - never hot water.

DO - Wash the vehicle by hand with cool water and a very mild car wash solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Always use clean fresh water. Wash your vehicle in the shade. DON'T - Do not use a commercial car wash. Stiff brushes or sponges could mar the finish and damage the surface. Do not "dry wipe" your vehicle. Dry wiping can scratch the finish. Do not drive on gravel roads. Chipping the finish is easily done in the first 30 days.

Try to hang the cover up on a clothes line and rinse the cover with only water. Do not use any kind of cleaning soap because it may damage the cover.

This helps save the environment and our precious water supply. If you wash your car at home, you don't have these environmental safeguards. The chemicals you use seep into the ground water supply and natural waterways.

Yes! We use super soft cloth wash materials and mild cleaners. However, the paint should be allowed to cure before washing. Please consult with your body shop for curing times. (Paint on new vehicles is fully cured before delivery.)

You should treat the protection film shield the same as you normally do to the rest of the car's paint. Just make sure it's fully dry from installation and all edges are properly adhered before doing so (no flapping edges). High pressure washes will not affect the film kit as long as you avoid spraying the high pressure nozzle directly at the protection films edges from a ridiculously close distance (this isn't good for your paint any way).

Hand wash in warm or cold soapy water and AIR DRY. You can also machine wash warm or cold with your regular detergent, preferably in a laundry bag so they do not inadvertently get placed in the dryer-AIR Dry ONLY. Wash frequently (depending on use) to keep the insole free of dirt/grime and also to keep bacteria/odor free.

If you have one, use it. We recommend you put a car cover on the vehicle before zipping it closed. This would prevent material from rubbing on paint should a strong wind come in through an open door and cause it to move around.
