MP3 files have been compressed to make the files smaller, thus faster to download. MP3 compression uses a clever technology which discards some information from the audio file - audio which is deemed to be inaudible to the human ear.

MP3 is a format that compresses raw wav files at about 10 to 1 (so a 10 megabyte wav file would be a 1 megabyte MP3 file). There is some loss of fidelity in the compression.

To do this, open Windows Explorer and locate the Sculptor brain wave file folder.
