You can print to our public printer network by first downloading the installation file at http://library.mcmaster.ca/copying/pubpharos.exe which is 12.7MB. You can either select Open/Run at the dialog box to start the installation or you can save the file first to your harddrive and then run pubpharos.exe from that location.
