You should respond to the overpayment letter within 30 days. Appeal procedures are enclosed in your letter. If you know that you are at fault, you may either pay the DVA directly, or request that the overpayment be deducted from future entitlement.

Until the stores and services you chose send information, there is no way of knowing what has sold, where it has sold, how many copies it has sold or how much money you have made from the sale of your music or music videos. For example, iTunes sends information and payment by 45 days after the end of each month, so sales and information for the month of March are sent by iTunes by May 15th (May 15th is 45 days after the end of March).
