All our lists/databases are in an excel format ( .csv – comma separated values ) which is the best and most flexible format to have a list in. You can import our data into any software/contact manager. We will provide all the simple instructions for you to import your data into any program.

Lists come on pressure sensitive peel and stick labels, 3.5 computer diskette, or email text file. Remember, all names are sold for one time use and can not be re-sold or duplicated in any way. The lists are provided in zip format and downloaded directly from our automated order system. Once downloaded you can extract the contents of the zip file to a folder on your system. The extracted files are generally in CSV/Text format and can easily be opened with applications such as MS Excel, MS Word and Notepad. Generally, anything you can sort in Excel is a good start. Pay particular attention to having zip codes in a separate field and one record per row.

Prospects fill in a form providing their name, email address, and some additional validating information.
