What about the location of the flue/chimney?

Greenheat Ltd || Suppliers of Wood Pellets Boilers and Stove...
According to current building regulations, a flue outlet must be located a minimum of 1.6 meters from a door or window. For a stove you have the option of either going up an existing chimney with flexible flue liner, or making a hole in the wall and erecting a 'low-level outlet' flue here. It's important to keep in mind the proximity to a window or door of the top of this outlet, because of the current building regulations.

How long should the horizontal flue pipe from the stove to the chimney be?

Questions After Purchasing a Fireplace
The flue pipe from the stove to the chimney must be as short as possible to avoid cooling down the smoke. If the smoke does not have the right temperature, it may cause poor draft conditions and smoke inconveniences. Only one elbow ought to be connected to the stove as the smoke will face too much resistance. We have not been able to measure any difference in the draft conditions between a stove fitted with a top flue exit instead of a rear flue exit. See similar questions...

What is Co-Location?

Forum FAQ - GameDev.Net Discussion Forums
Co-location is when you either purchase a server or install your own equipment in the host's data center. The datacenter will manage the server environment, security and internet connection, but leave the maintainence of the server up to you. When co-locating, you should ensure that the server has the appropriate software licenses and means of remote administration; often the most a host will do for you (without additional cost) is to reboot the server. What is the purpose of the chimney? Why does the chimney need to be so tall?

AVE - FAQ
The purpose of the chimney structure is to prevent the warm buoyant air inside the chimney from mixing with the surrounding cooler ambient air outside the chimney via entrainment.
