A double room features a large bed suitable for two people to share. A twin room has two separate beds that are suitable for one person in each. A single room has one bed, suitable for one person.

A Twin room has a set of bunk beds and is suitable for two people sharing. Whereas the Double room has one large double bed. Both room types have their own private bathroom.

The vast majority of students here are assigned to standard double rooms. We do, however, have a handful of rooms that are over-sized and designed to accommodate three students. The fee for these rooms is slightly less. These rooms are not double rooms that have been converted to triples to accommodate overcrowded conditions. Single rooms are scarce on the Midtown campus and in several of our Westside buildings.

Twin rooms contain two beds. Rooms with a double bed are available upon request. Single rooms contain one bed. Twin or double room for single occupancy is available upon request, by paying the corresponding difference. Triple rooms are basically twin rooms with an extra bed, quad rooms contain two double beds (French type). All rooms have private bathroom, except for very few that have shower.

A double has one large bed (usually a queen size), big enough for two or for one person who likes a lot of room. Thus, when mentioned in the price info, "Double Room Single Occupancy" it implies a normal double room (with a large bed), but only authorised to accomodate one person. Triple and quadruple rooms accommodate three and four people respectively.

We offer the choice for double occupancy rooms (two twin beds or one double bed). We can accommodate singles; a single room supplement will apply. On select tours, we also offer triple occupancy rooms.

Unfortunately, our two rooms have a queen size bed each. We can’t accommodate a third bed in a room.
