Most roads in the Park are county and state roads and are open to RVs or travel trailers. The Pierce Stoking Sceinic Drive has some steep hills and tight curves. For that reason, there is a parking area at the entrance of the Scenic Drive for you to drop off your travel trailer before taking the drive. You can pick it up on the way out.

Many Forest Service Roads are quite narrow and rough and may be unsuitable for RV's or trailers. Several campgrounds also have narrow roads or sharp turns which may be difficult for RV's or trailers. Please check with our office at 303 275-5610 for more information before heading out on your trip.

Our current situation with RV's is as follows... We cleared a small lot directly across the street from the event grounds for RV's. As the lot is not overly big, we do not have room for dozens of RV's. The price of an RV lot pass is $100, as we are providing security for the RV lot for the duration of Chilifest. The lot is located across 3058 from the event grounds.

MTC has limited parking facilities and relatively narrow streets and cul-de-sacs. Thus, residents are not permitted to keep boats, trailers, or recreational vehicles next to their units. There is a small fenced area in Waters Edge designated for this purpose, but space is available only on a first-come, first-served basis. If you own or intend to purchase a boat, trailer, RV, etc., you should plan on storing it at an off-campus commercial storage facility.

We can accommodate a limited number of RV’s and trailers at FSG. If you want to bring yours you should drop an email to the registrar at registrar @ Freespiritgathering.org and inquire. Please note that your RV needs to be completely self-contained, as we have no hookups for electricity or water. Also, if your generator causes too much noise, we may have to ask that you not run it during all or part of the day.

We do allow back-in type RVs (eg, 5th wheels and travel trailers) to reserve certain pull-in type sites, but you must have long enough sewer & water hoses & electrical cords and coax cables to connect to the water, sewer, electric, and cable connections. Due to site configuration and/or tree placement, certain pull-in type sites however are restricted from placing a back-in type RV into it.
