A certificate will normally take two years of part-time enrollment. A degree will normally take two years of full time study. Many students take longer, however, either because they cannot attend college full time or because they may require some brushing up.

The Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies is a 4-year pre-professional program. Most students graduate in 4 years. The professional Master of Architecture degree (required for licensure in most states) takes an additional 2 years for those who have earned a BSAS at Illinois or an equivalent degree from another program.

It depends on you and how much time you have available to commit to your education each week. Our experience indicates that if you matriculate (enroll) with about 45 credits, you can finish your associate degree (60 semester credits) in less than a year. If you matriculate with about 90 credits, you can finish your bachelor’s degree (120 semester credits) in 1-2 years. Graduations occur every two months. The time span to earn the Doctorate of Philosophy averages 6 years. The first two to three years, depending upon transfer of credits, are spent taking courses with lab rotations counted as one course unit. Students funded by teaching assistantships are expected to take 7 courses per year (3 fall, 3 spring, 1 summer). Students funded by training grants or research fellowships take 8 courses per year (4 fall, 4 spring).

Full-time MBA students who start in Fall Semester can complete this curriculum in a minimum of 10 months by taking 16 credits per semester. However, many students choose to stretch the program out over 12 to 24 months. The program must be completed within five years. Full-time students entering in Spring Semester can complete this curriculum in a minimum of 17 months.

A master's degree generally can be completed in two years. Some fields, such as social work or the speech and hearing sciences, require field work or a clinical practicum, which may add time to the length of completion. A doctorate generally takes 5 to 7 years to complete.

Most of the off-campus cohort programs will take two years (including summers) to complete. In general, academic work, including transfer credit, taken no more than seven calendar years before the year in which the graduate degree is awarded may be used to satisfy the degree requirements.

The length of time it may take you to receive a degree depends on your chosen area of study and the number of units taken each semester. Some students graduate in fours semesters, others several years.

Thomas Jefferson's flexible curriculum offers a three year full-time program and a four year part-time program. The academic year consists of two semesters. Full-time students typically take five courses per semester, while part-time students take three. Students may accelerate graduation by one semester by taking additional classes offered during the summer.

After completing the required course work, students can graduate with an Associate of Applied Science Degree. Usually, the course work can be completed in two years (including one summer school term).

It varies depending on your Associate's degree or Diploma coursework, as well as how many credits were transferred to JU. You can receive up to 30 credits for an active U.S. RN license. At least 30 credits must come from Jacksonville University to earn your degree. Some students have finished in less than two years. If you need liberal arts, basic science or physical science classes, it may take you longer - depending on how many classes you take each session.

Upon successful completion of our 11 course program, you will have earned your Florida Tech degree in two years.

On average, students in the college of engineering graduate in 4.5 years. The amount of time to graduate can vary widely based on how much AP credit the student brings in, the student's progress through the course sequences and whether the student chooses options such as co-op, summer school classes, and credit-by-exam. The degree plans for all undergraduate degrees offered by the college show the class sequences completed in 4 years, with a course load of around 17-18 hours each semester.

Normally 4 years, assuming that you take about 16 credit hours each semester. Naturally, if you take fewer courses per semester, then it will take you longer time to graduate.

It takes approximately four to six weeks to receive the degree audit once you apply to graduate and if you apply according to the deadline on the application (Word Version) or application (PDF Version). After you receive your audit, you and your advisor will need to work through any deficiencies noted by the deadline indicated on the audit. In a trimester or semester-based master's program, if you take two courses per period and one in each summer session you can complete the program in 2.5 years.
