It sounds like the seals have deteriorated or split, so you will need to change the O’Ring's which are small rubber rings at each end of the High pressure hose this seals the hose to the Gun and the Pressure washer.

There are several reasons for a washer leaking, it could be a broken door seal, pump or pipe. These require a visual inspection of where the leak is coming from, and usually a replacement of the offending part. Sometimes it might just be the union where the pipe needs tightening, but again a visual inspection is the only answer. Tell tale signs that the pump is leaking, is usually a white residue around the pump mountings where the soapy water has evaporated and left a trail of dried soap.

I would highly recommend against doing this. Let's face it, if this method worked with no scrubbing required, every professional window cleaning company on the planet would use it... but, real professionals don't. Any kind of pressure with water on your windows will force water into the window seals causing them to break and the woodwork to rot. This method promises clean windows with no scrubbing. Not true. Over time, the rubber hose can start leaking from vibration or soften from the pressure of the hose. We have not found a screw clamp that will work because the hose is small and the screw clamp tends to pinch the hose on the side, causing it to leak. The best solution is to remove an inch of the hose to get a fresh end, install two small tie wraps, and pull them tight without the hose connected.

Yes. The dilution needs to be about 200:1 at the lance end, give the cleaner a bit of time to work before washing off. If you have a soap dispenser, add about 2-4 capsfull to the dispenser and fill with water, this should be about right. You can add more cleaner if required. The Motorhome Cleaner is better suited to pressure washers as it is faster acting, but good results should be obtained using the Caravan Cleaner as long as sufficient contact time is allowed (30sec to 1 min).

For residential use, an electric or small gas powered pressure washer should be sufficient. For general cleaning around the house, 1500 to 2500 PSI is usually good.
