I've forgotten the PIN code for my SIM card. What should I do now?
IDT Mobile - FAQIf you have forgotten the pin code or if you have entered the wrong pin code three times, you can set up a new pin code using your eight digit PUK code. The PUK code comes with your SIM card and should be entered into the phone when prompted (please refer to section 3 (PUK code) for instructions on how to unlock your SIM). If you have lost the PUK code you should contact Customer Service.

What is the difference between a Direct Payment Card PIN and an Access Code?
Your Direct Payment Card PIN is a four-digit number that you enter on the keypad at ATMs and retail locations. This is different from your Unemployment Insurance PIN which is also a four-digit number. Your Access Code is a six-digit number that you enter when you call Chase Customer Service. You must select both the Direct Payment Card PIN and Access Code when you call to activate your Card.
