Usually it is happen when the logged user has no access to OLE registry key. For every custom control file (.OCX) that Visual Basic uses, there is an accompanying .OCA file of the same file name. An .OCA file is a binary file that functions as both an extended type library file and a cache for the custom control file.

Our Outgoing (SMTP) mail server requires some kind of authentication of who you are, to ensure only authorised users can use our mail server. This error message means you have not authenticated. Normally this problem is caused because the file already exists on the server and is read-only or you don't have appropriate permissions to overwrite it. To circumvent this problem rename your file by adding a number following the file name but before the file extension (if visible). For example FRUIT.doc would become FRUIT1.doc

Most likely the page took too long to load because the file was too big. Try decreasing the filesize and uploading again. Internet Explorer 7 under Windows Vista comes with new security features. A standard windows user account doesn't have permissions to write in some directories such as c:\, c:\Program Files ... "chunksize" parameter allows to split file in chunks before uploading. Basically, each chunks is written temporary on disk in the same folder as the selected file to upload.

To trouble-shoot the problem, log onto the web server and look in your folder to see if the file is there.
