In our opinion, you should order the same size in high heel shoes as you would as you would order for any other shoes. What fits me might not fit you in the same size. All manufacturers say that all their shoes are true to size, but every different manufacturers shoes are just a little different in the way they are made but each one fits just a little different. Just remember that we all have different feet.. Some are thin some are wide, some are puffy & some are not.

You can use measure your shoe size possibility, to check size of your shoes. But note, that any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler or Brannock device?, can only approximate your true shoe size, because the foot is three-dimensional. Please also keep in mind that manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly.

Normally, there is a difference of two sizes between men's and women's (i.e., Men's size 9 = Women's size 11). The same rule of thumb can roughly be applied to U.K. and European sizes.

Our shoes are listed in UK and European sizes. Please see our sizing information table to enable you to identify your correct size. In addition, if a particular shoe fit should vary from normal, we will advise you accordingly.

Most skates (with the exception of Mission) will run about 1-1 ? sizes smaller than your shoes. Some players like a really snug fit and want to go even smaller. A recreational skater might not want such a tight fit and go only ? size smaller. Mission design their skates to fit close to or the same as your shoes, again some players who want a tighter fit will still go down in size.

All hosiery products are measured and sized using circumference measurements along the leg. They will fit most feet lengths and widths.

Your heel should stay seated in the shoe when running and/or walking. Certain lacing patterns can help hold the heel in better if the shoe fits well otherwise. The length of the shoe and the amount of toe room you need are somewhat dependent on your mileage. In general, the more miles you run, the bigger you want your shoes to fit, because your feet swell on longer runs. Marathoners need approximately a thumb-width of space between the end of the toe and the end of the shoe.

All Ultra 2008 Shoe lifts™ will work in any standard footwear, regardless of foot or shoe size of the wearer. This is because, unlike conventional insoles, the lift rests under the heel only, and does not extend the full length of the footwear.

Do not rely on a specific size of shoe to fit the same from one shoe to another! Shoes will not fit the same!! Athletic shoes generally run 1/2 size smaller than a leather walking shoe. Work boots usually run larger than walking shoes. Also, there are many sets of hands that touch a shoe during the manufacturing process, and this can lead to different fit characteristics. Our suggestion is: Don't get size conscious, get the shoe that feels the best.
