If you plan to use a foreign license that is not in English, you will need an English translation or an IDP. Licenses are valid for one year from the date you enter New Zealand.

All the motorhomes at Spinney can be driven on an ordinary car licence. However if you are approaching or are indeed 70 yrs old or more then you may be restricted to driving a motorhome that has a maximum weight of 3,500 KG. You will need to check this with the DVLC. Like wise if you have just passed your drving test you may have weight restrictions again. If in any doubt you should contact the DVLC.
