The Soniclink method of data transfer may be affected by the sensitivity of your computer's microphone as well as outside noise (even the noise of your computer's hard drive). There should not be duplicate entries when you merge the data. The software will be set to merge using the VFC PIN# for the providers. As long as all users in a program use the same PIN for a provider, then the visit data will all be merged into one record for that provider.
