Early Admission/Early Assurance programs are intended to remove some of the uncertainties that attend applying to medical school. These programs are geared to highly qualified and highly motivated applicants, and have fairly demanding requirements for admission, including evidence of consistently high academic performance and demonstration of volunteer/internship experiences that show "commitment to the profession." They are not meant for students who are "still exploring.

Qualified American students who are members of minority groups under-represented in the medical profession (African-American, Hispanic American and American Indian) can apply for early admission to Albany Medical College in their sophomore year. Your HPAC advisor can tell you more about this program.

Students wishing to enroll in the biomedical engineering major must indicate BME as their first-choice major on their applications. Students are admitted specifically into the BME major, based on evaluation of credentials and space available. Students can be admitted to the university without acceptance to the BME major. No separate application is required. Notification of acceptance into the BME major is given at the time of decision notification.

The Honors College does not participate in early admission. Students may still choose the Early Decision option for their general acceptance into Stony Brook University. The Honors College notifies students of their decision in March. The Scholars for Medicine Program sends out notification in early April.

The early admission scheme is for students who have a strong preference for one and only one university and have all the necessary documents for application (such as results of the SAT and TOFEL) ready. Application for early admission will not be processed unless all the required documents are provided. For early admission, a student can only apply for one university. If he is offered a place by that university, he must accept it.

Because this is a small college early admission program in upstate New York, not all counselors, teachers, and parents have heard of The Clarkson School. Reservations about venturing into college early are understandable, and something that most of our prospective students have experienced.

Students may apply anytime during their grade 12 year. The requirements for current Saskatchewan high school students, current high school students from other Canadian provinces , and current U.S. high school students can all be found under Admission Requirements. International students cannot apply early conditionally.

Hopkins considers applications from students who have accelerated their high school preparation, have achieved exceptionally strong academic records, and feel ready to undertake full-time university studies before completing high school. A high school diploma is not required for Early Admission.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your massage. If you are a new client you will need to fill out a case history form. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment. Unfortunately no matter how late you start, your treatment will end at the allotted time.

We have an Early Decision program for summer starters only; it is binding, which means that in applying, you agree to come should we make you an offer. We recommend that applicants to the Early Decision program submit their materials by November 1 in order for their files to be completed by our November 15 deadline; we will make all decisions by December 15. If an applicant is not admitted under Early Decision, his or her application will be rolled over into the regular decision pool.

If you are deferred under an Early Action admission plan, then your application will be reviewed with the Regular applicant pool in the spring. An acceptance remains a possibility, as does a denial. You should continue to work diligently in your classes and send any updated information to the admission office to update your file. If you are denied in Early Action, then you have been denied from that institution. You should proceed with your applications to other universities.
