For those events that occurred in Kansas certificates and records are available only from the Office of Vital Statistics, an agency of the Kansas Department of Health an Environment. You simply fill out the proper form (which the Office can provide you) and return it in person or by mail to the Office. Identification may be required, and expect to be charged a nominal fee for each copy requested.

The government charges £7 for one, if you have ordered an investigation I can provide you with them for £7.50 each (50p covers my transaction fees paid to our bank). We don't make money getting these for clients. A lot cheaper than the £20 you'll pay elsewhere. If you are wanting me to find the actual event and then get the certificate we can do this for £14.99.
