Yes. Your Fourpeaks accommodation is your own private rental home. And Fourpeaks is too big for us to make it liveable without your thorough cooperation. Make your beds, take out the garbage and (when you leave) straighten up and leave the place as clean and orderly as you found it.

While you are not expected to "clean," you are expected to clean-up after yourself by leaving the cabin in the same "order" that you found it. Please gather and bag all your trash and place it in the outside cans. We also appreciate it if you wash your dishes and put them up.

Dogs and cats may be boarded for a fee at our kennel, located outside the main entrance. Pets may not be tied to an unattended vehicle in the parking lot.

Natural vegetable or fruit dyes, such as blackcurrant, can discolour the fine silicone valve. You can soak the valve in the baby bottle steriliser, following the manufacturer’s instructions. The discolouration is not necessarily an indication that the valve is unclean, it may just be stained.

The multi-valve is self cleaning under normal use and therefore does not need to be unscrewed. If food particles have been expelled into the valve, it can be disassembled easily for cleaning, following the directions in the user's guide.

No, the cleaning is included in the rent charges. We do ask that you leave the home in the general condition that you found it, leave all food items in the refrigerator for housekeeping to discard, run the dishwasher and put all wet towels in a bathtub. Our housekeeping staff will take care of the rest. There is a chance of additional cleaning charges if the home has been left in an unnecessarily messy condition.

The cottage or home should be left tidy, dishes should be washed clean and put away, furniture should be in its original position, garbage neatly disposed of and the key left in the designated place. You do not need to clean bathrooms or do laundry.

No. You don't need to clean the cabin before you leave, but you do need to wash and put away all dishes, pots, pans, silverware and utensils, clean all food and beverage items out of the refrigerator, place all dirty sheets and towels in the bathtub on each level, and place all trash in outside garbage cans. Please leave all quilts and mattress pads on the bed as these need to be dry cleaned.

You're not expected to do any actual "cleaning", but you are expected to leave the unit in a broom clean condition, the dishes must be washed and all the garbage needs to be placed in the outside garbage can. To avoid an extra cleaning charge PLEASE clean up before you leave the cabin.

Check out policies should be part of the instructions you were provided. Since cleaning standards vary, it is important to know how much the owners expect you to clean up prior to departure. Vacate the property at the scheduled time so that housekeeping can get the unit ready for the next guests. Make sure you leave keys or beach badges where you found them. After your departure the owner/manager will verify that there is no damage.

You do not have to clean the chalet when you leave. We do, however, ask that you place the garbage in the appropriate "bear proof" trash containers that are provided for you outside of the chalet. There are three wonderful owners clubs on the mountain in Chalet Village. As a guest of Great Chalets you will have full access rights to these owners clubs.
