We prefer you not place any personal items in your vehicle. We are not responsible for your personal items or the damage they cause to your vehicle. We require that no more than 100lbs of personal belongings can be placed in the vechicle. Items must be confined to the trunk. If the items weight is more than 50lbs and not confined to the trunk, the driver will charge at his/her discretion.

This is a judgment call; however, most carriers can and will charge an additional fee for the extra weight. Additionally, you should be aware that personal contents of an automobile are not covered by any carrier insurance and in most cases will not be covered if lost or stolen.

All items are typically shipped USPS Priority Mail (other choices are available) and they can be tracked in-transit. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, and are performed after you click "Add to Cart". Most carriers do not carry cargo insurance therefore your personal items are not covered in the event these items are lost, stolen, damaged or cause damage to your vehicle. You are safer to ship them through an accredited shipping company that fully insures such items. If you do choose to put personal items in your vehicle the weight cannot exceed 100 pounds.

The Department of Transportation allows you to put up to 100lbs of personal items in the trunk of your vehicle while it is being transported. You will want to make sure that you do not put breakables in your vehicle, and you will want to make sure that your belongings are secured so they do not move around during shipment. If you are moving a truck, you MAY NOT put any personal belongings in the bed of the truck. This will cause a safety hazard.

a. No. While it may sound like a good idea, federal and state Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations prohibit this. Neither Accelerated Services, nor our insurers will be responsible for personal items in your vehicle. Should you pack personal belongings in your vehicle, you waive responsibility for damage caused by breakin.

It is not recommended to pack personal items in your vehicle during shipment. Check with your individual carrier first, because some will not accept the car for shipment if personal property is inside the vehicle. If you do decide to pack personal goods in the vehicle, remember that the carrier is not liable for loss or damage to your items.

Unfortunately you are not allowed to ship personal effects inside your vehicle for Roll On/Roll Off shipments. If you ship your vehicle containerized, you may leave personal effects inside your vehicle at your own risk.

Park Service regulations restrict private traffic on the Denali Park Road. The lodge is located at the very end of the restricted 95-mile road inside Denali National Park. We are firm supporters of the restricted road and believe that by limiting the amount of traffic on the road, there is less impact on the resident wildlife and natural habitat in the park. You can, however, drive your personal vehicle to the park entrance and to the railroad depot where all our lodge packages begin.

Very carefully, we have had over 20 years of practice. We use UPS unless you specify otherwise for all continental US and Canadian shipments. We may use US mail or UPS for Hawaii, Alaska and other destinations. We insure everything we ship. Here are some shipping hints.

These items include smooth, woven and barbed wire; T posts; welded wire panels; big bale feeders; some handling system components; and all shipments by commercial truck companies. Orders ship Monday - Friday, and most items ship in 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. However some take longer dependant on the item. Orders placed on the weekend with full payment received, will be shipped promptly on the following Monday or Tuesday. Please allow 4-7 working days for SingPost to deliver your item to you. In the case of an item being out of stock you will be notified and it will be shipped promptly after arriving directly to you.
