Can you really drop your cholesterol and triglyceride levels by eating low carb?

Low Carb: How and Why?
Absolutely. Your triglycerides will drop substantially, as will your bad cholesterol. At the same time, your good cholesterol will rise. Another way to drop triglycerides is to take one 1,000mg flax seed oil tablets everyday. The bottle will say or 2 tablets, per day, but you only need one. I dropped my triglycerides by almost 50% in a three month period by doing this.
